We specialize in full in home midwifery care, birth doula services, and childbirth education.
The birth of a child is a sacred, monumental event that is life changing for all involved, especially the mother. It is our hope that all women have an opportunity to feel secure, nurtured, and supported during the special time leading up to and during their baby’s birth.
At Bay Area Birth we strive to empower women to trust their bodies, help husbands feel secure in supporting their wives, bring calm and peace to the birth setting, facilitate healing from previous birth experiences when needed, and support the family in their birth choices.
Our birth doulas provide continuous emotional and physical support during the pregnancy, labor, and birth experience. Birth doula services are beneficial and available for mothers choosing any birth setting including hospital, birth center, or home.
Our Postpartum doulas provide support tailored to the individual needs of each family during the time period just after birth to up to 3 months post partum.

Corpus Christi area cash pay: basic package starts at $3200
Includes all prenatal, birth, postpartum care for mom and baby, and all standard lab work. Other packages include additional benefits such as a birth doula, personalized childbirth education, consultation with a certified nutritionist, birth photographer, massage therapy, and more

Postpartum doula package: $25/hr day time hours $30/hr night time, 5 hour minimum (2 five hour day shifts for just $200, add a 3rd for only $75 more)

Care and attention for siblings
A small additional fee will be assessed for areas 50 miles outside of Corpus Christi.
